As a Technical Support Advisor - Commercial, you will play a key role in providing exceptional technical after‑sales service and training to our valued HVAC‑R customers. If you are passionate about troubleshooting equipment, collaborating with customers and suppliers, and delivering top‑notch technical training, we want to hear from you.
What you will accomplish with us
- Assist customers in trouble shooting of HVAC‑R equipment. Assistance may be conducted through visits to the customer job site and by phone.
- Manage labor and material claims to Master from customers.
- Act as technical resource to The Master Group office staff.
- Work with the supplier and customers to find solutions to technical issues on job sites.
- Prepare and provide technical training and fulfill the objectives given by the sales director.
