A tech solutions company is looking for an IT Security Specialist V to manage security performance metrics within a collaborative team. Responsibilities include defining and evolving metrics, engaging stakeholders, and leading implementation efforts. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in cybersecurity metrics, strong BI tooling skills, and excellent communication capabilities. Experience in banking or finance is preferred. This hybrid role includes both remote and on-site work in Toronto.
