Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer (m/f/d) – SailPoint ISC – either on-site at our locations in Madrid or Barcelona or flexibly remote from within Spain.

Responsibilities

• Operate, administer, and continuously improve Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems, with a focus on SailPoint ISC .
• Manage and maintain SailPoint ISC components within SaaS environments .
• Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively resolving issues.
• Manage access control policies, roles, authentication flows, and integrations with other systems.
• Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP modules, ServiceNow, and SIEM tools .
• Implement system changes, patches, and enhancements in line with change management best practices .
