I&IT Business Analyst (Toronto)

Must Haves

• 7+ years Stakeholder management and reporting I⁢ wide performance KPIs
• 7+ years Identify drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers. Align with stakeholders on delivering savings and track & report this on an ongoing basis
• 7+ years Hands‑on experience with developing and implementing use cases in industry standard enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA etc.)
• 7+ years Excellent MS office toolset knowledge and application (Excel, Powerpoint and MS-word)
• 7+ years Support resource utilization tracking and management

• CPA or Finance
