We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Immigration Lawyer to join our team. This will be on a FREELANCE basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on immigration options, including work, student, family reunification, investment, and digital nomad visas.
• Assist with the full application process for temporary and long‑term residency permits.
• Guide clients through legal pathways to permanent residency and citizenship by residence, including meeting legal residency requirements and preparing for naturalization.
• Draft, review, and file immigration‑related documents and appeals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with immigration laws, policies, and procedures in relevant jurisdictions.
• Liaise with government authorities and monitor application statuses on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal risk assessments and develop strategies for complex immigration matters.
