Qualifications

Resume; 2-3 letters of recommendation (within the last 2 years); copies of credential and/or licensure (SLP Services Credential or ASHA, etc); copies of transcripts (unofficial okay for application purposes only). If hired, incumbent must provide official transcripts.

Qualifications: State and/or National (ASHA) SLP licensure, Clinical or Rehabilitative Service Credential for Language, Speech and Hearing or Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential or qualify for a waiver.
