Position Summary
As a key member of the Implementation Operations team, the Implementation Associate plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and supportive onboarding experience for Payworks' clients. The Implementation Associate is the first point of contact in the implementation process, introducing the client to Payworks’ onboarding process, setting clear expectations and timelines, gathering outstanding data, and ensuring the client has everything needed for a successful transition. The role requires a strong focus on security, efficiency, and timely data processing. During peak times or special circumstances, the Implementation Associate may take the lead in managing the entire onboarding process or collaborate with internal teams to streamline implementation.
Salary
Salary range: $46,000 – $51,000
