Responsibilities

  • Handle importation processes via Air and/or Sea shipments
  • Coordinate and monitor import shipments with suppliers/shippers
  • Ensure timely processing and documentation of import transactions
  • Compute import taxes and duties accurately
  • Classify goods based on tariff classifications
  • Maintain proper communication with suppliers and internal departments
  • Knowledgeable in:
  • Tariff Classification of Goods
  • Computation of Import Taxes and Duties

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Customs Administration or any related course
  • Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling importation (Air or Sea; both is preferred)
  • With good communication and coordination skills
  • Must not be residing within Metro Manila
  • Related work experience is required
