Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Incident Manager to join a global banking technology environment and take ownership of major incident coordination, production oversight, and operational stability across the bank.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for production health across technology streams
  • Proactively monitor environments using telemetry and investigate abnormalities
  • Correlate cross-stream issues, incidents, and operational events
  • Manage and coordinate all Severity 1–3 Major Incidents
  • Maintain oversight of Severity 4 incidents and escalation risks
  • Monitor trends in Severity 5 tickets and unstructured requests
  • Ensure high-quality incident communications and stakeholder updates
  • Analyze incident and problem management data to identify trends and reduce recurring issues
