Position Description

The Senior Trainer will report to the Project Manager and serve as Valiant’s lead on curriculum development and training implementation. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training to partner nation military forces to build individual sailor proficiency in managing communication operations and networks aboard partner nation vessels. Specially:

  • Establishing, monitoring and maintaining radio frequency communication systems
  • Operating and maintaining global satellite telecommunications systems
  • Transmitting, receiving and storing all incoming and outgoing messages
  • Managing and coordinating information systems security across platforms and fleets
  • Designing, installing and operating wide-area-networks, computer systems and associated devices
