Information Technology - Cloud Engineer (Google Cloud Platform)

Job Description The successful candidate will join one of SIA Group's Cloud/DevOps teams, focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the application stakeholders to deliver GCP infrastructure services that are resilient and secure, adhering to best practices for data management and processing. Administer and manage cloud infrastructure deployment on GCP, including provisioning and de-provisioning resources, maintaining security posture, monitoring resource utilization, configuring networks, and managing backup/restore processes. Troubleshoot issues effectively, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions during and after incidents to minimize downtime. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and processes for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and configuration management.
