Job responsibility:
To support to IT Hardware & Software and other IT Hardware of the Location of R&D centre
Manage IT Assets inventory & Tag IT Assets.
Hands on Experience IT Help-desk Management tool.
Manage day to day request of ID creation & modifications in Central Active Directory Server.
Knowledge of end user backup Solution.
Installation & troubleshooting of computers Hardware & Software Issues.
Ensure Patch Management on Computers.
Support to Video Conferencing, Projector & Display Devices.
L1 Support to Server & Network Devices.
Identify and resolve software and system abnormality and hardware malfunctions
