Information Technology (IT) Manager

Hybrid opportunity based in our Kitchener office 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the IT team, ensuring a high level of performance and career development
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Establish metrics to demonstrate IT SLA is meeting business and security objectives, and leverage as source for continuous improvements
• Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain ISO 27001 Information security controls to protect company data and systems
• Manage budget by tracking contract renewals, project spend, contractors and participate in roadmap exercises for forecast future investment
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage service agreements
