Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide technical assistance to employees, resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems both remotely and on-site when required

Network & System Support

Monitor and maintain network performance and connectivity

Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions

Support basic networking and system administration tasks
