Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide efficient technical support for hardware, software, networking, and cloud-related issues via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.

Diagnose and resolve Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 issues in hybrid environments.
