Overview
Connect Solutions is seeking a full‑time technician to join our team in Abbotsford.
Responsibilities
- Work onsite with customers in the local area and remotely from the Abbotsford office.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, deploy new hardware or networking equipment, and develop internal work systems.
Qualifications
- All experience levels accepted; preference for candidates with IT training and/or experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment.
- Prior experience at an IT firm and/or familiarity with ConnectWise Manage is extra consideration.
