Infrastructure & DevOps Lead

Position Overview As the Head of the Infrastructure & DevOps team, you will lead the foundational operations and engineering architecture for backend business systems. You will not only be expected to personally resolve the most complex production issues, but also build the operations framework from 0 to 1, design the on-call process, and mentor team members to ensure efficiency and security throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Core Positioning: You are the gatekeeper of production stability.
