ABOUT THE JOB

• Support Head of Innovation in client organization in building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and anticipate future challenges.
• Translate customer insights into actionable innovation opportunities.
• Influence the development of new technologies, solutions, and services by integrating client feedback and strategic priorities into innovation roadmaps.
• Facilitate convergence between client's technology roadmap and customer expectations to ensure alignment and co-creation of value.
• Ensure innovation programs are aligned with customer expectations and client's long-term strategy.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of innovation programs, ensuring adherence to strategy, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
