Key Responsibilities:

Innovation Events & Programme Support

• Contribute to the planning and execution of the Innovation Launch Events , for company-wide innovation showcase.
• Support event logistics, registration tracking, materials preparation, and on-site coordination.
• Work closely with stakeholders to shape event content, visuals, and engagement experiences.

Design Thinking Workshop Support

• Assist in preparing workshop materials, canvases, and digital collaboration boards.
• Support facilitators during workshops by coordinating activities, managing breakout groups, and capturing key insights.
• Help consolidate findings and contribute to post-workshop summaries and reports.
• Gain hands-on exposure to design thinking tools, methods, and real organisational challenges.
