Innovation & Transformation Program Manager

Overview
The role is fully dedicated to delivering the Innovation & Transformation (I&T) program for a client in a highly regulated healthcare environment. The manager will oversee governance, execution, and outcomes across all program workstreams, ensuring compliance and workforce stability.
Program Leadership (I&T Program – Dedicated)
- Full accountability for oversight of the I&T program
- Lead all program workstreams and projects
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain integrated delivery plans
- Ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality
Delivery Governance & Execution
- Establish governance and reporting structures
- Act as primary escalation point
- Drive risk and issue management
