Job Description

Location: Andheri – Sakinaka
Work Mode: Hybrid (after successful completion of 3 months probation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads through online research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
technical directories and industry-specific platforms

• Conduct cold calls to potential customers to:
Introduce company products/services
Understand customer requirements
Qualify leads as per defined criteria

• Read and understand basic technical/engineering drawings to identify relevant applications

• Maintain and update lead databases in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM

• Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales / Business Development team

• Support email campaigns, follow-ups, and proposal coordination

• Conduct market research to identify new industries, applications, and customer segments

• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics accurately
