Job Title : Inside Sales Executive - Export

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive export sales through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach
  • Acquire and manage international B2B accounts (dealers, distributors, retailers)
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead → pitch → negotiation → closure → delivery follow-up)
  • Build repeat business and account growth through cross-sell/upsell
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
  • Ensure collections and payment follow-ups as per policy
  • Achieve revenue, conversion, and retention targets
