Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle , including opportunity identification, qualification, quotation generation, bid approval, and deal closure
  • Carry a sales quota and consistently deliver against assigned revenue targets, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the full range of Lenovo products and solutions
  • Build, maintain, and progress a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring pipeline coverage of at least 3x quota
  • Conduct proactive outbound follow-ups via phone and digital channels to maintain strong customer coverage and engagement
  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience , acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
  • Manage weekly forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline hygiene in line with corporate sales governance
