Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to support interviews and placements.
  • Manage employer relationships while tracking hiring metrics to meet KPIs.
  • Match candidates to suitable roles and explain job requirements and benefits.
  • Review candidate profiles and recommend resume improvements.
  • Address hiring needs and promote candidates and services.
  • Schedule interviews and consistently submit qualified candidates.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in creating professional documents, manuals, and related materials.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Business‑oriented mindset is an advantage.
