Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to support interviews and placements.
- Manage employer relationships while tracking hiring metrics to meet KPIs.
- Match candidates to suitable roles and explain job requirements and benefits.
- Review candidate profiles and recommend resume improvements.
- Address hiring needs and promote candidates and services.
- Schedule interviews and consistently submit qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Experience in creating professional documents, manuals, and related materials.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Business‑oriented mindset is an advantage.
