About the role
This role supports our inside sales function by ensuring leads are well managed, qualified and progressed efficiently.
What you’ll do
- Follow up on warm leads and assist with qualification
- Support coordination and pipeline management
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Assist with tracking and reporting
- Help ensure consistency across the sales process
What good looks like
- 1–3 years' experience in sales support, admin or customer-facing roles
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication
- Comfortable working in a structured environment
- CRM experience is a plus
