About the role

This role supports our inside sales function by ensuring leads are well managed, qualified and progressed efficiently.

What you’ll do

  • Follow up on warm leads and assist with qualification
  • Support coordination and pipeline management
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Assist with tracking and reporting
  • Help ensure consistency across the sales process

What good looks like

  • 1–3 years' experience in sales support, admin or customer-facing roles
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication
  • Comfortable working in a structured environment
  • CRM experience is a plus
