Job Description

A business process outsourcing company based in the Philippines is seeking a Reporting Analyst to gather data and create reports that evaluate business performance. You will collaborate with Operations Managers to identify improvement areas and ensure client KPIs are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a Reporting or Data Analyst role and expertise in advanced Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
