The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Instructional Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative elearning, micro-learning and more that enhances strategic capabilities within the IN GSF organization.
You must be skilled in creating engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, news letters and video content. The role involves developing comprehensive storyboards, effective assessments, developing training videos and managing learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards....
