CIMT College is seeking a qualified Personal Support Worker to supervise students in our Clinical program.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough and accurate knowledge of the field.
• Instruct curriculum using only pre‑authorized and provided materials.
• Teach students using lectures, presentations, demonstrations, discussion groups, laboratory work, case studies, and independent or group projects.
• Employ appropriate adult teaching and learning strategies to communicate the subject matter to diverse students.
• Administer and mark quizzes, assignments, exams, and other assessments to monitor and evaluate student progress according to guidelines and procedures.
• Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently and return marks promptly.
• Provide feedback on student performance.
• Arrange feedback from students on the instructor, content, and facility at the end of each course.
