Integration Engineer

We are seeking a customer-facing Integration / Solutions Engineer to support pre‑sales technical discussions and lead merchant integrations of our payment APIs and SDKs. This role bridges sales, product, and engineering to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and long‑term success.

What You Will Need To Do

• Partner with Sales during pre‑sales discussions to assess merchant technical requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demos and technical walkthroughs.
• Lead end‑to‑end merchant API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs).
• Review integration implementations and ensure compliance with PCI DSS and best practices.
• Troubleshoot integration issues using logs, API tools, and sandbox environments.
• Advise merchants on optimal payment flows, authentication (3DS), and monetization strategies.
• Create and maintain integration documentation and sample code.
