Integration, Test and Trials Engineer

Detailed job description

The successful candidate will contribute to the Land Test Facility (LTF) project for the River and Bay class destroyer (DCFR) as a member of the Integration, Test and Evaluation (I,T&E) team performing the following activities:

Responsibilities

• Develop or review a shipboard or land-based test and trial system, including commissioning, integration testing, harbour acceptance testing, sea acceptance testing, and operational test and evaluation.
• Perform inspections after installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Develop and execute test documentation to verify the operation of integrated systems and software.
• Record test results in the test management system.
• Complete defect reports and related documentation.
• Perform test report reviews to include results of data analysis and report findings, as required, to key stakeholders.
