About the Role

We are looking for a world‑class Integrator/CEO to take full ownership of this company's operations and execution. In this role, you are not just a manager — you are the person who makes the company run. You translate Alyssa's vision into transparent execution plans, hold the leadership team to a high standard, and drive results across every function of the business.

What You Will Own

  • Company Goals and Execution: Set and drive company priorities across all departments; own the execution calendar; remove bottlenecks and move the business without founder involvement.
  • Leadership Team: Directly manage all department heads, hold weekly leadership meetings, set the agenda, and hold every leader accountable.
  • Founder Partnership: Convert Alyssa’s ideas into clear, executable plans; filter decisions and communications to keep her out of daily operations.
