Procedural Development

  • Develop and implement effective procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the childcare centre.
  • Ensure compliance with The Child Care Act of Saskatchewan and the Child Care Regulations of Saskatchewan.

Board Engagement

  • Attend board meetings, providing written reports and valuable advice to the board.
  • Collaborate with the board to make informed decisions for the benefit of the childcare centre.

Financial Management

  • Complete monthly financial tasks such as billing, payables, receivables, and payroll.
  • Purchase necessary services, supplies, and equipment according to the operating budget.

Licensing Compliance

  • Complete annual licensing requirements and ensure BCC operates in full compliance with regulatory standards.

Staff Management

  • Arrange staff scheduling to maintain appropriate ratios.
