Interim Registered Manager- Elderly Care

We are seeking an Interim Registered Manager to lead an elderly care home in the East Midlands for a 3-6 month period . This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader who can provide stability, drive compliance, and support a dedicated team through a period of transition.

The ideal candidate is confident, decisive, and deeply knowledgeable about CQC standards , safeguarding , and high-quality person-centred care . They'll step in quickly, assess what needs attention, and guide the service forward with clarity and compassion.
