Must Have: Education

Must meet or exceed one of the following:

• University graduation in Information Technology or a related discipline and 3 years of Application Analyst (AA) experience;
• 2‑year diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline and 5 years of AA experience;
• 1‑year certificate in Information Technology or a related discipline and 6 years of AA experience;
• 7‑year AA experience

Must Have: Work Experience

• 1 year experience in planning/monitoring User acceptance testing.
• 4 years experience with ServiceNow or an alternative ticket management system for Change Management, Incident Management and Service Requests.
