Hays is partnered with an award-winning Calgary-based land developer and residential home builder. They have been creating innovative and successful communities across the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area for almost 30 years. At the present time they are positioned for their next growth phase with a multi-year land base, strong financial resources, and an exceptional management team, with that they are looking to hire a technically minded Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join their Design team. * this is an in office role, with flexibility (dog friendly office)

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate, lot-specific construction drawings using AutoCAD, based on standard plans, customer selections, and site constraints
• Prepare full drawing packages including site plans, plot plans, and working drawings for permit submission
