Intermediate Hazardous Materials Technician

Your role will support hazardous materials assessments and remediation‑related projects. You’ll apply your field experience to ensure accurate data collection, strong safety performance, and high‑quality deliverables while continuing to grow your technical expertise alongside senior specialists.

Your Impact

  • Conduct hazardous materials surveys and assessments in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Independently collect samples of asbestos, metals (e.g., lead), PCBs, microbials, and other hazardous substances.
  • Contribute to the development of hazardous materials management plans, safe work procedures, abatement specifications, and exposure control plans.
  • Conduct hazardous materials condition assessments.
  • Perform hazardous material abatement/remediation inspections and air monitoring.
