POSITION TITLE: Intermediate Help Desk Support

LOCATION: Collingwood, Ontario (This role will require the candidate to work from our Owen Sound office two (2) days per week)

About the Position:

The Help Desk Technician is responsible in assisting MacLean Engineering employees at all locations with all help desk related activities including hardware and software support. This position will involve, and could require proficiency with any of the following competencies:
