Job Description

By joining Peli Team in its EMEA Headquarters in Barcelona, for your professional placement, you will have the opportunity to be an active member of the Customer Support & Supply Chain departments and obtain great exposure and learning about our company marketing activities. This vacancy is currently open for a minimal length of 3 months.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in analyzing customer support data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support ongoing process optimization initiatives within the Customer Service team
  • Participate in mapping customer journeys to detect pain points and inefficiencies
  • Provide support on other projects as directed by the Customer support & Supply Chain teams.

What You’ll Need:

  • Pursuing completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Verbal and written fluency in English is a must and German language a plus. Any other European languages an advantage.
