YOUR ROLE

  • Participate in facilities project management across all stages: initiation, planning, execution, closure, and effectiveness review
  • Support project reporting and documentation
  • Participate in project meetings with various stakeholders, including preparing discussion notes and following up on related actions
  • Support other facilities operations and maintenance activities when required

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in English
