Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in the field of employee training, development programs, and talent management. As an intern, you will support the L&D team in organizing, executing, and improving training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Help prepare training materials and resources for various programs.
- Support in scheduling training events and communicating with employees regarding session details.
- Monitor and track employee attendance for training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
