Job Description
- Update POIMS report in the Oleo Master Planning file, other Plant sections and update any production backlog.
- Monitor material stock levels in the Master Planning file to identify potential shortages or excessive inventory.
- Review planned versus actual production performance, focusing on yield and production quantity.
- Monitor tank utilization and planning requirements, including high tank levels, tank availability, and cleaning requirements.
- Track raw oil inventory and receiving status to ensure adequate feedstock availability and promptly elevate any supply-related issues.
- Participate in production meetings.
- Review and update work instructions.
- Compile and analyze plant changeover data, including changeover duration, feed rate adjustments, and material downgrade information.
- Maintain and update the fatty acid tank cleaning matrix to support efficient tank utilization and product quality control.
