Job Description
Human Resources (HR) Intern provides support to the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship opportunity allows individuals to gain practical experience and exposure to different areas of HR while liaising with HR professionals. The HR Intern assists with recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions to contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding
- Assist in preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
- Coordinate the collection and verification of new hire documentation.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist with the setup of new employee profiles in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
