  • Ensure department meets scheduled requirements and client expectations.
  • Act as the visible face of Bluewater and provide guests with the very best level of service, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable visit.
  • Ensure Bluewater is safe, secure, clean and tidy at all times.
  • Be the professional representative of Bluewater at all times.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction across all areas of service to customers at Bluewater.
  • Achieve continuous improvement in the quality and efficiency of our services and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in assessing the success of the development and help improve the strategy for future schemes.
