Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospects, qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, preparing and following up on quotes to maximize conversion
- Build and develop strong relationships with existing and repeat customers
- Support retention of key clients while uncovering new revenue opportunities
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through to order/sample stage
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, tracking enquiries, quotes, and interactions
