Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with candidates via calls, emails, and messages
  • Understand candidate requirements and suggest suitable opportunities
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
  • Follow up with candidates and maintain engagement
  • Maintain records of candidate interactions
  • Support in achieving team hiring targets

  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
