Internship: Customer Support Engineer Intern

Job Title: Customer Support – Digital Computational Pathology – Intern. Your role will involve working with incidents of server software solutions for Philips and customer‑managed environments, consulting customers on technical IT topics, assisting scanner engineers in connecting high‑resolution tissue scanners to IT back‑ends, maintaining server and storage hardware, and ensuring successful delivery and installation of solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve server software incidents.
  • Consult customers on technical IT topics and questions.
  • Assist scanner engineers in connecting tissue scanners to IT back‑ends.
