We are looking for an Event Activation & Operations Intern to support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events and brand activation activities.

  • Support planning and execution of events, roadshows and activation campaigns.
  • Coordinate event logistics, materials and operational requirements.
  • Assist in event preparation, setup and post-event activities.
  • Support campaign reporting, documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and promoters to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and event asset management.
  • Support project managers in monitoring event timelines and deliverables.
