Internship Overview

Position: Fall 2026 - Continuous Improvement Transformational Projects, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (Internship). Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia (Plant 41). Dates: August 31 to December 18, 2026. Full‑time, on‑site.

Daily Responsibilities

• Work with the continuous improvement team to troubleshoot and implement new advanced technology solutions for manufacturing lines.
• Participate in continuous improvement quality events, leading actions.
• Prepare and support technologies for new capital equipment acquisitions, including business case development.
• Select technology and update/create CAD drawings for layout of new and relocated equipment.
• Communicate designs and guidance in fabricating components with outside vendors.
• Work with the technical team to evaluate and implement closed‑door technology strategies.
