Brand Marketing Executing marketing activities from start to finish according to the approved marketing plan. Includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and monitoring payment processes End-to-end implementation of marketing activities based on marketing plan approved by marketing manager Liaise with cross functional team to ensure marketing activities are carried out on time Keep track on payment status and ensure all payments are processed on time Minimum Degree in Marketing, business management, any other similar qualification. Intake period: Mar/Apr Finance Operations This role involves supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice and payment handling, reconciliations, and audit queries to ensure accurate financial data. Accounts Payable (AP): To support invoice processing on a daily basis and other operational activities related to AP. To support Payment team on preparation of payment matters and clearing of bank general ledger including bank journal posting if any. To assist on the monthly bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation. To assist on the finance operation and the accuracy of the finance data. To assist on monthly balance sheet reconciliation for AP. To assist the team on audit queries. Accounts Receivable (AR): Support daily processing of customer invoices and receipts. Assist in monitoring outstanding receivables and follow-up on overdue accounts. Help with clearing of customer accounts and posting of AR-related journals. Assist with monthly customer reconciliation and AR aging analysis. Support monthly balance sheet reconciliation for AR. Assist the team on audit queries related to AR. Apart from the AP & AR, you will also have the opportunity to perform User acceptance testing for finance operational activities in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, any other similar qualification. Intake period : Mar/Apr Distribution Provides operational support to the logistics department. This role is responsible for documenting current warehouse workflows, identifying process inefficiencies, and assisting in the daily execution of shipping and receiving tasks. Assist in reviewing current warehouse and distribution processes and recommend optimization opportunities. Propose ways to reduce truck loading and delivery times. Understand the end-to-end process of logistics. Gain hands-on experience with the ERP system. Support in daily operation eg. transfer planning and delivery execution. Help prepare and verify shipping documents, such as invoices and delivery notes. Support the dispatch team in communicating with drivers and tracking delivery progress. Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Economic/Logistics/Supply Chain or any other similar qualification. This hands-on digitalization applications and structured training, real project work, and cross-functional teamwork to build foundational skills and drive business performance. Support improvement projects across operations, or commercial processes. Analyse data and identify inefficiencies, to optimize performance (time studies, process flow mapping, cost efficiency). Familiar with Continuous Improvement/Excellence in manufacturing. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs to support continuous improvement. Assist with documentation, presentations, reporting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions & data analysis. Carry out other reasonable requests made by the manager to support departmental or company objective. Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health & Safety. Intake period: Jul Quality Assurance (Packaging Lab) You will learn to use high-tech equipment to analyze carbonation, oxygen levels, and packaging durability, ensuring that every sip of our beer tastes exactly as the brewmaster intended. This is applicable for the all the can, bottling and kegging line. Documentation Assist in the ISO documentation to ensure the latest version of document in hardcopy and sharepoint – Work Instruction (WI) and Procedure. Specification Ensure the latest specification of packaging material is up-to-date, well maintain the in the sharefolder. Follow up with Supplier on the latest specification and sign off by supplier and QA. Equipment in packaging lab and Audit Able to conduct checks using hazemeter, Anton Paar, TPO- machine, N2 meter and double seam. To create and update the cleaning method/WI and maintenance of the machine. Create a cleaning schedule. Packaging lab – Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR), Non-Conformance (NC) management, ISO Quality Carlsberg Operating Manual (QCOM) Assist in the SCAR and NC compilation and trending are up-to-date including root cause and corrective action. Assist in the gap closure verification in the ISO audit/QCOM audit. QCOM Audit Compliance Follow up on gaps and assist to ensure sustainability of cross functional process in QCOM activities (mandatory). Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or any other similar qualification. Intake period : Feb/Mar/Apr Quality Assurance (Quality System) Ensure that process and products meet established standards, food safety safety regulations, and customer requirements. This role needs to frequently update documentation, assist with audits, monitor system compliance, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Understand the end-to-end QA process and SOP for manufacturing industry. To assist in hygiene management programme, ISO & HACCP audit compliance, ISO documentation in Quality and Food Safety Management. Support in project and validation activities. Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Bachelor Degree in Food Technology/Food Science or any similar qualification. Intake period : Jul Quality Assurance (Chemical Lab & Sensory) We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support Chemical Lab & Sensory in Quality Department. This role provides hands-on experience in laboratory testing, sample preparation, sensory evaluation, and data documentation. Chemical Laboratory Support Assist in preparing chemical reagents, solutions, and samples for analysis. Operate basic laboratory equipment such as analytical balances, pH meter and ovens (training provided). Maintain cleanliness and safety within the lab, following proper chemical handling and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines. Assist in 5S activities in lab and lab retention room (assist in sample labelling, coding, and traceability tasks). Sensory Evaluation Support Assist in organizing sensory sessions and preparing product samples. Help collect and compile sensory data for reporting. Ensure sensory room compliance with hygiene and testing protocols. Documentation and Reporting Support documentation for new product development and trials.
