Requirements



- After Internship able to work Full-Time

- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

- Familiar with Canva, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CapCut (video editing)

- Basic knowledge of HR functions or strong interest in the HR field

- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and willing to learn

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- PLUS - Mandarin-speaking (spoken and written) – able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates or stakeholders





Responsibilities



- Assist the HR team with daily human resources operations and administrative tasks

- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination

- Prepare and update HR documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
